  3. Objectives • By the end of the lesson they will be able to – • Read and understand texts through silent reading. • Describe a place. • Talk about picture. • Identify words with opposite meanings . • Find out vocabulary and meaning them.

  5. TITLE DECLARATION At a railway station

  6. Individual Work Talk about what the writer saw and did at the railway station. (Use your won words) Answer :- The writer was at the railway station to see off his friend. While sitting with his friend, he saw queue of people at the ticket counter. He also saw some young people gossiping taking tea in front of a tea stall. At one corner , a young lady was sitting on her luggage and was reading a magazine. Then writer stood near a newspaper stall. There he was talking with his friend and watching the crow around.

  7. Pair work: • Write a dialogue between you and your friend about railway station. Kamal: Hello jamal, How are you? Jamal: I am fine and you Kamal: I am fine too. Jamal give me some information about railway station. Jamal: Of course, why not? Railway station is very busy place. Some young people gossiping and taking tea in front of a tea stall. I saw that, stay here book’s stall, tea stall, news paper house etc. Karim: Lot of thanks' for some information about railway station Jamal: OK, see you again

  8. Match a word from column A with a word column B that has opposite meaning. Group Work

  9. Evaluation • Read the passage carefully and find out vocabulary meaning them:- • Loudly, quiet, counter, woman, couple, carry, crowded, friend, picked, goodbye • What do you see the picture? (Talk about the picture)
