  2. Brief history of the company • Founded on April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. • Incorporated as Apple Computers, Inc in January of 1977. • Steve Jobs co founder, chairman, and chief executive of Apple Inc.

  3. The head quarters for Apple Inc is located in Cupertino, California.

  4. In January of 2009, the word “computer” was taking out of the name and replaced to Apple, Inc. • The traditional main focus of the company was personal computer and shifted towards consumer electronics.

  5. Value The customer means everything to apple, inc. They are the one that keep the company in business. Willing to go to great extend to satisfy the customer.

  6. Show respect: Every customer is their most important customer. Personalize: make every experience special and avoid stereotypes. Pay attention: Their attention is always on the customer in front of them. Positive: They show a positive and caring attitude towards customer.

Website • Apple focuses on usability • This can be seen in their products, and also on the site Apple.com • It is important for Apple to be a usable site, because it leaves a good impression on users, and they will be more likely to buy products from Apple. • The Apple menu is probably one of the better known. • The menu stays exactly the same throughout all pages, which is a simple way to avoid confusing the user. • When searching for something enter your search in the box above. • Apple.com uses a JavaScript powered auto-suggestion drop down menu which shows the top results of a search in progress. • A site map is located at the bottom of the, which helps the user find pages even faster.
