  9. Directions for Gallery Walk • Seven chart papers are on the wall providing definitions for seven of the terms in the model. • Walk around to each poster and add your Post-It notes on the poster with the definition under which your exemplary practice would best fall.

  10. Gallery Walk Sharing • In a small group, go to assigned poster and complete the following: • Read the definition and highlight the terms you feel are most significant. • Read through the Post-Its that have been posted on your chart, and group them however you see fit. • Be prepared to share out the key components of your term and trends of exemplary practice related to that term.

  11. Reflection • What are the 2-3 most significant new ideas or skills you learned during this session? • How will these ideas/skills help you in your work with teachers in the next several weeks? • What support or resources might you need to utilize these ideas/skills?
