Impact of BTP2 and Gd3+ on Sr2+ Influx in Fura-2/AM-loaded Jurkat Cells Stimulated with Delphinidin

This study examines the effects of BTP2 and Gd3+ on the AUC200 (A) and AUC150 (B) values of the 340/380 ratio of Sr2+ influx in Fura-2/AM-loaded Jurkat cells when stimulated with delphinidin. The impact of Gd3+ treatment on AUC200 (C) and AUC150 (D) of the 340/380 ratio of Fura-2/AM in delphinidin-induced Sr2+ influx in Jurkat cells is depicted. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM of at least three independent experiments. Statistical significance indicated by *, p < 0.05, compared to treatment with 50 µM delphinidin alone.
