Effect of Gd3+ on Fura-2/AM Ratio in Jurkat Cells Stimulated with Delphinidin

This study investigates the impact of Gd3+ on the AUC values of Fura-2/AM-loaded Jurkat cells in response to delphinidin under Ca2+-free conditions. The results reveal significant alterations in the 340/380 ratio, indicating changes in Ca2+ dynamics. Specifically, the AUC200 and AUC150 values were significantly affected, highlighting the interplay between Gd3+ and delphinidin treatment. Statistical analysis indicates strong significance with p-values < 0.05 and < 0.001 when compared to delphinidin alone, suggesting a crucial role of Gd3+ in modulating calcium signaling pathways.
