  2. Why do a Blood Drive? • Khilafat and Nizam-i-Jamaat • Wakes up jamaat members (internal) • One of the best ways to introduce jamaat to community (external)

  3. How to Start? • Pray for success • Encourage jamaatand team members especially • Write to Hazur • Offer extra prayers

  4. Think ahead • Need lead time • 4 months beforehand

  5. How to Form Teams? • Involve members by having many teams • Appoint team leaders with 2-6 people working with them • Have a core team of 3-4 team leaders

  6. Follow Up Work • Frequent meetings-face to face/teleconference • Lead and guide discussion but involve everyone in decision process • Develop plan • Assign tasks • Be the driver in the process • Follow-up with team leaders frequently
