界桩管护员责任 1、每年4次（3、6、9、12月份）清除界桩周围的灌木、杂草等遮挡物，每年1次（3月份）对界桩上的文字重新描红。 2、发现界桩基座松动，及时进行巩固。 3、发现界桩遭受危害和破坏（损坏、丟失、拔起、倒塌、覆盖、淹没、移动等），立即向县（市）民政局报告或向省民政厅报告。（电话：0591-87676198） 4、掌握破坏界桩的具体单位或个人情况。
