  8. We should totally take a group photo. Look at that bag, Dave. And we can all smile just like this! That’s a fine idea. I know. It’s mesmerizing.

  9. What the hell is Dave looking at? I cannot take my eyes off this damn bag! Guys! Check out my hair. We should all totally wear our hair like this in the group photo.

  10. Good point, Jim. I don’t think we’re going to be able to stand next to each other in the photo either what with both of us having the same color hats and all. That’s a shame. Hmph.

  11. Lou’s hair looks completely ridiculous. I am not taking my hat off for the photo.

  18. Team North The Defenders

  19. Lou Trajcevski W. Hartford, CT HCP: 14.4 2009: 3-0-1 Total: 11-11-2 (.500) A Lou putting on a recent putting clinic at Tallwood Country Club in Glastonbury, CT. Lou impressed on-lookers with this 10-footer that he intentionally trapped between the edge of the hole and the pin. Balanced finish. Straight take-away.

  20. Bill Graves Manchester, CT HCP: 14.9 2009: 2-0-2 Total: 11-8-5 (.563) Sendin out the vibe … You wanna get outta here? B What the … … yeah, I bit the leg right off that crab. Dawson still owes me $5. Bill Graves’ passion for eating crabs (2006 photo) reached fever-pitch in 2008 when he bit the leg off a live crab on Rehoboth Beach. Dawson still owes him $5. These chicks are totally checking out my power package … Bill Graves working on his game in the off-season. This drill is called “grip it and go”. “It really helped me learn to keep my weight off my heels and my head down” – Bill Graves.

  21. Where the hell did that divot go … Mmmmm … hot dog. I’m teeing off first get out of here! My turn! Steeeve! Bill’s cutting! The power package … fully loaded.

  22. Jim Corrigan Coventry, CT HCP: 19.7 2009: 2-1-1 Total: 6-4-2 (.583) Don’t listen to those team Liberty jerks – there a bunch of punks! Now, I want you to hit the ball that way . . . really straight. C He’s golfing on one ski! [Top] Jim Corrigan carving some virgin powder during a trip to Mad River Glen, VT. [Left] Jim takes his golf just as seriously as his skiing. Jim continues to play golf straight through winter and even makes time when he’s out on the slopes to hit a few balls.

  23. Matt Glick S. Windsor, CT HCP: 25.0 2009: 3-0-1 Total: 9-12-3 (.438) My name is Matt Glick. You walked in my line. Prepare to die! D Oh, boy! Oh, boy! Oh, boy. Oh, boy! I looooove Tallwood hotdogs. Matt Glick, unable to make the Penn St. golf team, decided to join the fencing team and was an incredibly successful swordsman in college. Known as the “Nittany Lion”, Matt is shown above skewering an opponent with his trademark “superman”. Nice follow-through. The take-away … loaded …

  24. That is really, really interesting. Matt! Let’s go!

  25. Team South The Pretenders

  26. Bryan Root Oxford, CT HCP: 5.4 2009: DNP Total: 0-0-0 (.000) A Rehoboth Cup “draw that swing contest”! Whoever draws Bryan’s swing best wins a can of cheap beer.

  27. Bob Jacobs Windsor, CT HCP: 16.1 2009: 0-3-1 Total: 4-9-3 (.344) Bob - post-surgery … Bob – post-rise-of-the-machines … B Head down …good follow-through …

  28. Dave Farrar Marlborough, CT HCP: 18.5 2009: 2-1-1 Total: 11-9-4 (.542) I bet I can kick this railing and it won’t fall over C Farrar is giddier than a school girl. I’m not sure we’ll be able to get him to leave! Just letting it hang there … Smooth take-away …

  29. Brad Bishop Middletown, CT HCP: 20.1 2009: 0-3-1 Total: 6-15-3 (.313) This sucks … I’m doing Sweet Caroline next year. C After a dismal 1-3-0 showing in 2008, Bishop ended up winning the 2008 PWAEGL Championship with teammate Dave Farrar. 2009’s RC was another lack-luster performance. Can Bishop shake off the demons for the 2010 cup? Head down … Brad teaching Dave Farrar the finer points of man dancing at the Purple Parrot. Farrar is still giddier than a school girl and all Hoyt can do is look the other way.
