  2. Psalm 23 • The Lord is my shepherd; I have everything I need.2 He let's me rest in fields of green grass and leads me to quiet pools of fresh water.3 He gives me new strength. He guides me in the right paths, as he has promised.4 Even if I go through the deepest darkness, I will not be afraid, Lord, for you are with me.Your shepherd's rod and staff protect me.5 You prepare a banquet for me, where all my enemies can see me, you welcome me as an honoured guest.6 I know that your goodness and love will be with me all my life, and your house will be my home as long as I live.

  3. 1 The LORD is my shepherd(RELATIONSHIP) • John 14:23 • Jesus answered him, "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.

  4. 2 I have everything I need(SUPPLY) • Philippians 4:19 • And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus

  5. 3 He lets me rest in fields of green grass(REST) • Exodus 33:14 • And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest."

  6. 4 And leads me to quiet pools of fresh water(REFRESHMENT) • Psalm 68:9 • You gave abundant showers, O God;you refreshed your weary inheritance.

  7. 5 He gives me new strength(HEALING) • Jeremiah 30:17 • But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds; declears the Lord

  8. 6 He guides me in the right paths(GUIDANCE) • Proverbs 3:5-6 • Trust in the Lord with all your heartand lean not on your own understanding;6 in all your ways submit to him,and he will make your paths straight.

  9. 7 As he has promised(PURPOSE) • Ephesians 1:11 • All things are done according to God’s plan and decision; and God chose us to be his own people in union with Christ because of his own purpose, based on what he had decided from the very beginning.

  10. 8 Even if I go through the deepest darkness(TESTING) • Isaiah 48:10 • Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.

  11. 9 I will not be afraid(PROTECTION) • Isaiah 41:10 • So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God.   12. 10 For you are with me(FAITHFULNESS) • Numbers 23:19 • "God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

  13. 11 Your shepherd's rod & staff protects me(DISCIPLINE) • Revelation 3:19 • Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.
