Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) PSEO is a program that allows 10th-, 11th- and 12th-grade students to earn college credit while still in high school, through enrollment in and successful completion of college-level courses. With traditional PSEO, these courses are generally offered on the campus of the postsecondary institution; some courses are offered online.
Strategy 2018 is… …a plan to have every current freshman (9th grader)that graduates in from Rochester STEM Academy in 2018 will at once earn a High School Diploma and a two-year Associate of Arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College.
Strategy 2017 is… • …a plan to have every current sophomore • get straight A’s all year • Pass the ACT PLAN Test • Prepare for application in spring and attending fall PSEO at RCTC
Strategy 2016 is… • …a plan to have every current junior • get straight A’s Fall semester • Pass the Accuplacer Test • and take at least one class at Rochester Community and Technical College • Score at least 20 on ACT math and reading
Strategy 2015 is… • …a plan to have every current senior • get straight A’s Fall semester • Pass the Accuplacer Test • and take at least one class at Rochester Community and Technical College • Score at least 20 on ACT math and reading
