Foreign Trip Scheme on AMC and Service Charges - Branch Qualification Criteria

Branches classified as A, B, C, or D can win a foreign trip based on achieving combined AMC and Service Charges targets. Detailed targets per classification included. The trip location is Thailand for 3 nights and 4 days with specific winners to be selected. Winners receive the trip as per policy guidelines. No cash alternative available. AMC and Service Charges to be calculated based on set rates, with any extra discounts deducted. Classification and targets are specified for the period from 01-01-13 to 15-02-13.

  1. Foreign Trip Scheme on AMC & Service Charges Criteria for Branch to Qualify for FTS: 1. Branches have been classified into A, B, C & D Best 2 branches from each category will win foreign trip subject to 100% achievement of their combined target of AMC & Service Charges for the period 01-01-13 to 15-02-13. Detailed targets are attached. Persons (4) to go on foreign trip from qualifying branch: BSM Best ASI/DSC Manager ( Highest achievement of AMC+Service Charges in value) Best ASC owner (Highest achievement of AMC+Service Charges in value) 1 engineer of above best ASC (Highest achievement of AMC+Service Charges in value) In case there is tie between two ASCs or two ASIs then ASC/ASI with higher Service Charge will win. Location: Thailand ( 3 nights 4 Days ) No Cash will be paid to winners in lieu of trip. AMCs taken as per rates mentioned in AMC policy will only be considered in above. If any additional discount is provided then that AMC will be deducted from AMC achievement
