Keynote and Conference Session Times • Monday, April 12 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. • Tuesday, April 13 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Wednesday, April 14 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • Westin Tabor Center • Denver, Colorado • To view all Summit activities, go to http://ngwa.confex.com/ngwa/2010gws/webprogram/meeting.html • To create your own personal schedule, go to the “itinerary planner” on the left navigation area.

  3. Speakers and Moderators • Please check in at the NGWA Registration Desk when you arrive. • Tell us you are either a moderator or a speaker and give us your name.

  4. Moderators • Be prepared to introduce yourself and your presenters. • NGWA will email you a code number for continuing • education verification. • NGWA staff will email you a moderator summary form.

  5. ) Moderators (continued) • A/V Issues: Call Greg • at 614-735-4954. • (Laser pointers and timers are provided.) • Keep speakers on time. (20 minutes for intro, presentation, and questions) • Be mindful of room resets.

  6. Housekeeping Issues • Point out emergency exits • Note locations • of restrooms

  7. Reminder • Ground Rules: • Turn off cell phones • Keep on time (concurrent sessions) • Repeat questions for audience benefit • Give continuing education code (moderators) • Point out evaluation sheets

  8. Reminder (continued) • Abstracts are contained on your flash drive. • Contains author index • PPT handouts will be available online from your computer two weeks after the Summit and remain for 90 days.

  11. Speakers • Load your PPT at the end of the preceding day or first thing in the morning. • Be on time. (20 minutes prior) • Introduce yourself to your moderator prior to the session. • Bring a prepared bio sketch (in sentence form) to provide to your moderator.

  12. Handout Materials • Your PPT materials and releases were due at NGWA April 5, 2010! APRIL 5 Turn releases in on-site to Greg, Kathy, Trisha, or Chris.
