Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) • Will be Issued 2nd Semester • Work Uniform
Airman Battle Uniform (ABU) • ABU is the new Uniform for the USAF • ABU Blouse and pants are worn with: • ABU cap • Sand colored crew neck T-shirt • Sage/Green boots and socks • Sand colored belt • ABU wear: • Name tapes are the same as on BDU’s sewn on with same color thread (USAF flush over the left pocket, Name flush over the right pocket • No other badges or patches are to be worn • Pants are bloused in same manner as BDU • ABU should be clean and clear of rips and loose strings at all times • All pockets should be buttoned at all times (look professional) • ABU is wash and wear DO NOT dry clean, starch, or hot press ABU's
Physical Training Uniform (PTU) • Consists of: • 2 Gray reflective shirts • 2 Pairs of blue shorts • Athletic Shoes • How to wear it • Clean • Shirt tucked in • Shoelaces • Worn all the time at PT
Boots and Shoes • Hardest part of uniform • Prevention is key • Supplies • Shoe Polish • Water • Applicator (Sock, shirt, cotton balls) • Patience
