Institutions involved in PGR conservation • Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture - agricultural crops • Lithuanian Institute of Horticulture - horticultural crops • Vilnius University Botanical Garden - ornamental plants • Institute of Botany - medicinal and aromatic plants • Lithuanian University of Agriculture – Vicia and other legumes • Kaunas Botanical Garden – small fruits

Plants conserved in collections (1) • Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture –cereals: Triticum, Hordeum, Avena, Secale, Lupunus; grasses: Poa, Trifolium, Festuca, Lolium, Phleum;technical crops: Linum, Solanum, Beta; • Lithuanian Institute of Horticulture –fruits and berries:Malus, Pyrus, Prunus, Ribes, Fragaria; vegetables: Cucumis, Daucus, Lycopersicon, Allium, Raphanus; • Vilnius University Botanical Garden –Paeonia, Iris, Gladiolus, Clematis;

  5. Plants conserved in collections (2) • Institute of Botany –Origanum, Thymus, Allium, Carum, Acorus; • Lithuanian University of Agriculture –Vicia angustifolia, Vicia villosa, Lathyrusand some other legumes; • Kaunas Botanical Garden –Humulus, Vaccinium, Oxycoccus, Viburnum, Actinidia (arguta, kolomikta), Lonicera;
