  21. 360Giving Open data for more effective grantmaking @360Giving #BigNetworkDay

  22. What we want Our vision is that UK grantmaking is more informed, effective and strategic. #BigNetworkDay

  23. What we do • Founded by a philanthropist who asked “How can I do as much as possible with my money?” • Wanted to know who was funding what, where & when • Support funders to publish their grants data openly and to use the data as part of a more informed approach to decision-making and learning. #BigNetworkDay

  24. Supporting collaboration “It’s not about transparency at all. It’s self interest...I want to know what people are doing so I can learn from them, I can collaborate with them and I can get better at my job. It’s about making informed choices. Philanthropy can feel a bit like giving in the dark and I just want us to have better information so we can make the best decisions.” Fran Perrin, founder of the Indigo Trust and 360Giving Giving Thought podcast, July 2018 #BigNetworkDay
