Making EANN an official associationarticle 2 page 2 f.advancing education by developing, maintaining, promoting and disseminating a European curriculum and training materials, train the trainer programs and a system for quality assurance, certification & accreditation; g.operating a European office together with the EANN affiliates; h.participating in joint committees, partnerships or consortia with other associations or other scientific or educational organisations in matters that are of significance to the association, as well as;

Making EANN an official associationdecisions the association is to be modelled after a formal association according to Dutch law; to amend the articles; to record the articles in a charter by a Dutch notary public; to confer authority to the parties to execute those actions and to amend the text of the articles which they deem necessary, after discussing these with said Dutch notary public; of all matters related to the minutes of said meeting attached to this charter (attachment *) and the English translation of the design of this charter, which is attached to this charter (attachment *);
