  • Legal basis for financing EDF operations is the Partnership Agreement ACP-EC signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000 and revised in Luxembourg on 25 June 2005
  • It is implemented in close partnership with the Government of Mozambique which is represented by the National Authorizing Officer
  • and in close cooperation with the responsible Ministries , line agencies and national entities such as : MOPH, ANE, Road Fund, DNA, FIPAG, CFM, DS-MISAU, Ministry of Energy, EDM, FUNAE, TDM
