  3. erfgoedinterpretatie de zorgvuldig geplande communicatie van de interpretatieve inhoud door de opstelling van interpretatieve informatie, de fysieke toegang tot een culturele erfgoedsite en de interpretatieve infrastructuur. Dit kan gebeuren door middel van verschillende technische middelen, waaronder bijvoorbeeld informatiepanelen, tentoonstelling zoals in het museum, vaste wandelroutes, lezingen, geleide wandelingen en multimediale toepassingen (ICOMOS, 2007, p. 3)

  11. usability ‘Ik vond de handleiding duidelijk’ ‘Ik vond deze multimedia opstelling van het erfgoedobject gemakkelijk te gebruiken’ Ondanks drie verschillende user interfaces toch sterk gelijklopende scores, aanraak-scherm scoort het beste

  12. effectiviteit ‘Ik kon me beter voorstellen hoe de site vroeger geweest was’ ‘Door de multimedia opstelling kreeg ik interessante bijkomende informatie over het erfgoedobject’ Opnieuw hoge scores en geen significante verschillen tussen oud-jong, vrouw-man, …
