NIHSS ≥ 4 en < 30 Geisoleerde afasie Geisoleerde hemianopsie Contraindicatie trombolyse Binnen tijdsvenster trombectomie. Corticaal beeld, NIHSS ≥ 4 en < 30 Geisoleerde afasie Geisoleerde hemianopsie Geen contraindicaties Geen corticaal beeld NIHSS ≥ 4 Intraveneuze trombolyse Mits < 4.5 uur CT-hersenen en CT-A (let op kreatinine!) Interventieradioloog en vasculair neuroloog inlichten nee Occlusie M1 of M2 tak media, basilaris? ja < 6 uur (12 uur basilaris) Intra-arteriele trombolyse < 8 uur (12 uur basilaris) Trombectomie Overweeg bridging met intraveneuze trombolyse mits < 4.5 uur!

Clinical Information: Patient is a 70y/o female who is on prednisone for arthritis and presents with recent onset of cough. CXR shows prominent interstitial markings. Patient is a 54y/o female who had an interstitial pattern on CXR. Differential diagnosis. Sarcoid Langerhans Idiopathic
