Why an electric race circuit now? • In the last 10 years , battery powered home modified cars have broken records in drag racing mini circuits against ICE (internal combustion engines) – a battery converted 1973 Datsun and a 1985 Ford Ranger setting world records in the ¼ mile, then banned from future competition. • There is currently a large national network of electric vehicle enthusiasts, converted cars and muscle battery cars for race entry • Electric cycles make 0-60 in less than one second • There is now a large array of production and custom designed battery powered cars, trucks and cycles on the market available for purchase • An extensive national network of charging stations is now in development • A simple straightforward superior product for the market than ICE gas powered vehicles

  3. There are now a wide variety of commercial electric long-range, rapid-charge vehicles including Nissan’s Leaf available to purchase or reserve to purchase now.

The Vehicles: How are they superior? • No engine low to zero maintenance. • No fluids, no oil, water, transmission fluid • No gasoline or gas price vulnerability • 100% torque available all the time for a car of any size • Regenerative capability to recharge the battery when driving • Extensive national long range and urban recharging network now in development • Advantages such as no-maintenance, no-parts & no gas price hikes create a whole new niche of advertising

What’s stopped them in the past? • Gasoline sales in the United States alone ~ 60 billion dollars annually ~ $47 Bl Profit • Gasoline (ICE) total service and parts sales were $84 billion in 2007 for dealerships alone, the majority of this involving engine parts. • In 2001, GM & Texaco (now Chevron) purchased Ovonics/Cobasys and the Nickel-Cadmium Battery patent, with ranges up to 150 miles per charge, in order to prevent its use • Oil companies and US Automakers spend millions in ads to stop charging stations and California’s Zero Emissions Act in 1997 • In 2001 all US automakers recall and destroy all leased electric vehicles

  7. 100% Torque Racing Circuit - National Map The races will begin taking place in the West, Midwest and South of the USA at mid-sized racing facilities. Friday will be a Drag competition and Saturday one or several Circuit Races. NASCAR currently races on Sundays. We will rely on default vendors for concessions and add new entities, sponsors as they are generated. Every race venue will include a live concert on Saturday night.

  10. 100% Torque Drag & Speed Race National EVA’s 100% Torque Concerts Conversions and service centers 100% Torque Magazine Part of the bigger 100% Torque Network Simultaneously with the 100% Torque Racing Circuit, 100% Torque Magazine and associated entities including the 100% Torque national charging will be in development stage. All of these entities share market niche providing market exposure redundancy between entities.

Race day Programs and 100% Torque Magazines The 100% Torque race day programs will be marketed for sponsorship to all vehicle related companies including tire makers, automakers, battery makers, conversion centers, as well as to local businesses and others. In addition a magazine and website are to be developed for battery power enthusiasts and racers which will list all race and concert dates, and an exclusive most up to date national charging stations list for mapping travel and current local charging stations.

  12. 100% Torque Concert Series The drag and circuit races will be capped by a concert Saturday night at the same venue. Prices for admission will be for the race and concert combined are discounted with concert tickets to be available for purchase separately. All concert goers will be able to see all cars and advertisers on their way into and throughout the concert arena.
