Highlights (Q1/2007) Instrument room power defined and designed Machine shop being moved to level 3L Power to 3L defined and layout designed Materials purchased Installation begun Power additions to level 4 have been designed to support LUCIFER Power monitoring begun Purchased a Power Quality Analyzer Monitoring PF on incoming switch gear Phase imbalance noted on several 3 phase panels

  3. Open Issues Technical Rebalance 3 phase panels Schedule Scheduled for Q3 or Q4 Financial None Resource Time to implement design

  4. Progress (Q1/2007) Installation of the instrument room just beginning Power to level 3L is underway; panels, transformer, and most conduit is installed Boxes on 3L are being installed as time permits Level 4 power expansion designed

  5. Planning (Q2/2007) Finish power installation on 3L Organize machine shop Order materials for level 4 and start installation Continue monitoring power quality Balance phases
