Fitness instructors and trainers direct, lead, and inspire the group of people or individuals in exercise and workout activities including but not limited to cardiovascular exercises (workout for blood and heart system), stretching, and strength training. What is the Role and Responsibility of Fitness professionals?

Instruct the most appropriate method of carrying out several routines and exercises • Observe and monitor the individuals performing the practice sessions and tell and show the right way to minimize the probability of getting the injury • Provide alternative and multiple exercises during classes and workout sessions for diverse levels of skills and fitness Duties of fitness professionals

Observe the individual’s progress and adjust the programs as required. • Demonstrate the safety terms and conditions on recreational activities, sports, and the utilization of exercising equipment. • Provide the clients with information and essential resources regarding nutrition, lifestyle issues, weight control, and much more. • Provide instant first aid and medical treatment in emergency cases.

  5. Personal fitness professional:They mainly work with either an individual or a small team of clients. Personal fitness trainers may either provide their training sessions in the gyms or in the personnel’s residence. Provide instant first aid and medical treatment in emergency cases.

Group fitness professional:They arrange and direct group exercise sessions that mainly includes stretching, aerobic exercise, meditation, and muscle conditioning. • Fitness directors:with the major responsibility of supervising the fitness-related factors of a gym and a health club, their role also involves the management of administrative duties like developing workout incentive programs and scheduling personal training classes. Apart from the above-mentioned types, there also exist the specialized fitness professionals that are especially known for teaching yoga and Pilates.
