She has 25 years of experience in the financial markets in Asia, North America and South America in the area of Foreign Exchange and Money Markets Trading, Product Development and Marketing, Electronic Distribution and Training. She has been a Market Consultant to the Bankers Association in the Philippines, the Monetary Board of Bangko Central ngPilipinas and numerous corporations and financial institutions both locally and abroad. FABREGAS After completing two undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Economics, she went on to take a Master's degree in Advertising Communications from the University of Illinois in the USA. Her studies complimented her many years of early entrepreneurship since the early age of 13. She was the only female and most successful Director of the Bryman-Sawyer schools in the US. Together with her husband, they ran a very successful handicraft export company. In 1981, she started a pioneering company manufacturing home linens for international exports with 500 employees and 2000 others working with subcontractors.
