Welcome everyone and thank you for coming out today! Please pick up your agenda, registration, and feedback forms. Make sure to enjoy plenty of food and fill out the forms provided. We will be discussing feedback from previous meetings, and I would like to extend special thanks to Wally Thiessen, David Ghan, and especially Rupinder Dhillon. This year's meeting, supported by SAS, is running nominally, and we need volunteers. Last year in Baltimore was a blast; this year we're in Portland, Maine, with more fun ahead.
