Expansion Plan • Add on double tiered pod with 20 new single unit cells and 4 double unit cells. • Increase from 12 actual single unit cells to 30 actual single unit cells, and 4 double unit cells. (capacity of facility including dry rooms/and dayroom dorm is 42 juveniles.) • New control room to monitor all areas of building. • New classroom to accommodate for increase of residents. • Estimated renovation cost = $1,710,000 • (Financing for $2,000,000 for unseen costs)
