The PROWL share the American Basketball Association’s (ABA) philosophy of promoting community-based, fun and affordable professional basketball with a mixed blend of quality entertainment that’s unparalleled in today’s professional sports. We are dedicated to fair play, good sportsmanship, and integrity both on and off the court. We are committed to making a positive impact in the community as we seek partnerships with non-profit and community-based organizations to help our families, neighbors, and children in need.   3. Julius “Dr. J” Erving History of Basketball American Basketball League (ABL) formed in 1924 with nine (9) teams, folded in 1931. ABL second attempt in 1934, folded in 1946, with entry of Basketball Association of America (BAA). National Basketball League formed in 1937, mid-west focused, folded in 1946 and merged into BAA. BAA formed in 1946, renamed National Basketball Association (NBA) and fielded 17 teams in 1950, by 1954, down to 8 teams. Continental Basketball Association (CBA) formed in 1947 with 100 teams, league folded in 2000, Started again in 2001 with 6 teams. American Basketball Association (ABA) formed in 1967, played 9 seasons before merging with NBA (1977). Known for fan-friendly entertainment. ABA Live return after a 25-year lockout from NBA merger.   9. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages PLATINUM game sponsorships are effective and flexible means to promote your business in conjunction with the PROWL. These events are fun and your company will be tied in with the event at every game, creating tremendous exposure and impressions. These sponsorships are for the season (15 games) and can be combined or customized. They are limited. BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB SPONSOR $1,500 for the season 50 Tickets to every game will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club on the sponsor’s behalf for the season (15) games. Game day recognition and PA announcements. Banner announcing sponsor of Boys and Girls club. Two (2) VIP tickets season tickets. Ad in the program book, and website advertisement. ALL-STAR TEACHER AWARD SPONSOR $1,500 for the season 10 Teachers will be chosen from students who submit their teachers and brief letter. Two Teachers will receive a $50 check and VIP tickets for their family each home game. Students will also receive tickets to a PROWL game, and Teacher will be presented the All-Star Teacher award. Sponsor receive two (2) VIP season tickets, full page program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement. MVP PLAYER OF THE GAME SPONSOR $1,500 for the season Sponsor the MVP player of the game and receive mentions as the “MVP Player of Game” sponsor on radio and game announcement. This sponsorship will cover home and away games (30). Sponsor will receive two (2) VIP season tickets, full page program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement.

  10. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages PROWL MASCOT SPONSOR $1,000 for the season Fun and exciting PROWL game mascot, receive announcements when the mascot appears in the community and at home games. Sponsor receive two (2) VIP season tickets, full page program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement. GAME BALL SPONSOR $1,000 for the season At every game 1 ticket holder will be chosen to receive the game ball, and will be announced during and after the game. Players may autograph for winner. Game day recognition and PA announcements. Two (2) VIP tickets season tickets. Ad in the program book, and website advertisement. STARTING LINE UP SPONSOR $1,000 for the season Sponsor the starting line up and receive game day recognition at the start of every game, for the entire season (home and away games), and on live radio broadcasts. Two (2) VIP tickets, game day recognition via PA announcements, website advertisement. 13th MAN CELEBRITY SPONSOR $1,000 for the season Each game a celebrity will be invited to be teams 13th Man. The 13th man will suit up and be eligible to play in the game. The sponsor will be announced at the introduction of 13th man. Sponsor will take pictures with 13th man and receive autograph team merchandise. VIP reception. Sponsor receive Five (5) VIP season tickets, 10 courtside tickets, full page program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement.

  11. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages PROWL 3D SPONSOR $2,000 for the season Fun and exciting PROWL 3D sponsor. Every time the 3D light goes on (turnover in backcourt), the sponsor will be announced “the Sponsor 3D Light is on! This is an exciting way to connect game excitement to your company. Sponsor receive two (2) VIP season tickets, 2 courtside season tickets, full page program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement. PROWL TIME OUT SPONSOR $2,000 for the season Every game timeout will be announced as a sponsorship, at game and live radio. Game day recognition and PA announcements. Two (2) VIP tickets season tickets. Ad in the program book, and website advertisement. FELINES DANCE TEAM SPONSOR $2,000 for the season Sponsor the Dance Team and receive game day recognition at the start of every game. Logo on Cheerleader calendars, and logos at cheerleaders community events, at local shopping malls and live radio promotions. Two (2) VIP tickets, 2 courtside tickets, game day recognition via PA announcements, full page program ad, website advertisement. $100 HOT SHOT CONTEST $2,000 for the season Sponsor the half-time entertainment 3 point shooter. One fan will be chosen to shoot and win $100 during half time. Sponsor mention during the game and at half-time for entire season. Sponsor receive two (2) VIP season tickets, program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement.

  12. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages PROWL HALF-TIME CONTEST $1,000 for the season Fan will be chosen to play a PROWL player one-on-one, during half-time. This will be a fan favorite to test their skills against a PROWL basketball player. Sponsor receive two (2) VIP season tickets, program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement. PROWL 3 ON 3 CHALLENGE $2,000 per tournament Become a sponsor along with the ABA for the PROWL exciting annual 3 on 3 tournaments held in August. Hosted by radio personalities. For ages 10 thru 18. Event tickets, signage, logo on T-shirts, website, PA announcements, advertisement in local media CHALK TALK TV SHOW SPONSOR $2,000 for the season Sponsor the coach’s corner pre and post game show and weekly coach’s show. Radio announcements and advertisements. Two (2) VIP season tickets, Two (2) courtside season tickets, game day recognition via PA announcements, website advertisement. PROWL CHARITY GAME $2,500 per game Each PROWL game will be dedicated to a non-profit organization in the community, cancer, leukemia, homeless shelter. etc. Sponsor will be given recognition of this non-profit sponsorship. Ten percent of game-day proceeds, will be donated to charity. 100 tickets will be donated to that charity to bring out fans to cheer on the PROWL. Sponsor receive 4 VIP tickets, 4 courtside tickers, plaque recognizing community support, program ad, PA announcements and website advertisement.

Stadiums and public venues are powerful brand-building environments. They present exciting promotional opportunities that help you connect with customers and reinforce your relationship with them. The PROWL will help you connect with a crowd- a captive audience for your message. Spectators can become big fans of your brand with this level of exposure. 2’ x 4’ COURTSIDE BANNER – 20 available $550 for the season Maximize your exposure. Your ticket to wider brand exposure. Stadiums and public venues are powerful brand-building environments. They present exciting promotional opportunities that help you connect with customers and reinforce your relationship with them. The PROWL will help you connect with the crowd- a captive audience for your message. Spectators can become big fans of your brand with this level of exposure.

  15. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages Media Guide Pricing ¼ Page Ad $150 for the season ½ Page Ad $300 for the season Full Page Ad $500 for the season A great way for you to sponsor the Prowl is through our Media Guide/Program Book. For many it is an opportunity each year to renew your Sports Media Guide Sponsorship or for some to become a first time Sports Media Guide Sponsor. Patrons will see your advertisement alongside valuable information about our players, events, and league.

  16. 2009-2010 PLATINUM Community Sponsorship Packages Website Banner Sponsorship WEBSITE SPONSOR $600 for the season Exclusive sponsorship of every page of the PROWL Official Website. Sponsors will receive logo/graphic in conjunction with a web-link and an enhanced listing. MAIN PAGE SPONSOR $300 for the season Exclusive sponsor of one main page (Schedule, roster, tickets). Sponsors will receive logo/graphic in conjunction with a web link at the bottom of each of their designated pages and placement in the rotation of banner ads for their selected page including all selected sub-pages and an enhanced listing. SECONDARY PAGE SPONSOR $200 for the season Your business will have a graphic and a link to there website on their designated page.
