  2. District MTLs’ Roles and Responsibilities Support the CMSP and its implementation Support the leaders and staff to improve mathematics instruction. In other words…we are currently on the path for the Extreme School Makeover!

  3. Current Focus… • What has been the current focus of your work over the past 3 weeks? • Record your ideas on the chart at your table.

  4. Learning Intentions • We are learning to deepen our understanding of the components of the conceptual framework of the CMSP and tying the work of the MTL to these components.

  5. Success Criteria • We will be success when we can identify a specific focus for the work each MTL does to support individual schools.

  11. Target Practice • Starting with your Focus school complete the School Goals Worksheet. Things to consider… • What’s the best way for you to work within each school’s culture to move mathematics forward?
