Welcome. Presentation of Apna Ghar Children Home. Salaam Baalak Trust. INTRODUCTION. Established on 17th January 2000. Is a full care residential program for 35 children with age group of 6 to 18 years. Founded to provide better facilities to the overall development of the children.

  2. INTRODUCTION • Established on 17th January 2000. • Is a full care residential program for 35 children with age group of 6 to 18 years. • Founded to provide better facilities to the overall development of the children.

  3. Objectives • To provide suitable environment for the children to celebrate their childhood. • To fulfill the basic needs of the children. • To restore them in their family. • Attach them with regular/ NIOS education. • Rehabilitate them through proper placement.

Children Participated in Games • 8 Boys in IYSA league at vasant vihar. 2 boys are in the final team, they taken prize from Padma Shri Satpal Ji (Director sports delhi). • In house cricket tournament between apna ghar teams. • One cricket match between sbt boys and sbt staff. • In house carom & chess competition . • 5 Boys get admission in swimming class at mandir marg, (NDMC POOL). • Two cricket match between SBT boys and seva kutir. 2 boys from apna ghar participated in the match. • 14 Boys given trial at IYSA football academy . 12 boys passed the trial and they joined the academy. • 1 Boy get admission in IGI Stadium for boxing class( Ganesh). • 11 Children from Apna Ghar play in IYSA football League .

Other Activities • 45 children enjoyed movie at PVR, Vasant Vihar. • Children visited Adventure Island Amusement Park- Rohini. • 10 children participated in Photography workshop • 22 children went National Museum • 4 children participated in Child Rights Programme. • 8 children participated in dance program on child Rights Day. • 10 children participated in painting competition organized by HUDCO. • 44 children went Saket to see movie and party • 40 children went Teen Murti at Nehru planetarium.
