  10. Buses and baggage trucks will be continuously running to ensure all passengers and cargo get to their designated hotel. Covered baggage trucks will also be available as a backup for inclement weather General Officers arriving via Mil Air will be provided transportation to the hotel via a marked staff car. Please coordinate 0-7 and above arrivals accordingly.

  11. Information on quarters for RON’s can be obtained from Services, 912-963-3632 • Passengers will be offloaded and guided to building 198 while awaiting bus transportation to the hotels. • Refreshments will be available free of charge and the environment will be relaxed!

  20. DIRECTIONS TO SAVANNAH CRTC • From I-95 North • I-95, Exit 109, Left onto Highway 21 heading East, Right on Highway 307/Dean Forest Road (Applebee’s is across the intersection). Go to the 1st traffic light (Days Inn Hotel is on the left with blue roof). Turn right at traffic light onto Davidson Dr. First right-turn is the base’ main gate. Proceed to bldg. 285. • From I-95 South • I-95, Exit 102, Right onto Highway 80 heading East, Left on Highway 307/Dean Forest Road. Go to the 1st traffic light (Days Inn Hotel is on the right with blue roof). Turn left at traffic light onto Davidson Dr. First right-turn is the base’ main gate. Proceed to bldg. 285. • From I-16 East (Macon) • I-16, Exit 160, make a left at the top of exit ramp at traffic light onto Highway 307/Dean Forest Road. Take Interstate 516 through Garden City which turns into Hwy 21. Make a left at 307/Dean Forest Road. (Before the turn, Sonics and Applebee’s on your right.) Cross 3 railroad tracks and make a right at the stop light onto Davidson Dr. (You would notice Days Inn with blue roof on your left). First right-turn is the base’ main gate. EANGUS 2008 August 18th-21st Midnight train to Savannah Georgia HOST TRANSPORTATION GROUND Provide transportation for VIP/DV as requested by VIP Coordinator Transportation committee will operate out of Operations Center Transportation POC initially located at Airport, then co-locate at Operations Ctr Transportation request (to and from Airports) will be coordinated with hotel hospitality volunteers and Operations Center Sedans, Vans and Buses will be used for transportation from airports to hotels and return. Vans and Buses for Westin will be marked WESTIN for delivery to Westin ONLY. All other hotel guests will use buses and vans not designated for Westin. Ground Transportation and Air Transportation will coordinate for pickup and delivery Provide Protocol Committee with Drivers (# TBD) as requested

  43. MISSION: • Provide security for conference facilities, attendees and DV if required, from 17 August 2008, through 21 August 2008 for the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) conference in Savannah, Georgia.

  44. Force Protection Force Protection is everyone’s responsibility! Soldiers and guest should be encouraged to use the buddy system when touring the Savannah area, especially when walking.
