BOEI (Build-out, equipment and IT) provided to health care providers at no cost to them. EMR’s, and integration to Backbone IT system- provided Global (bundled) billing contracts with payers ( increased revenue) provided.

Each practice leases space, designs, builds, operates, and bills for their own service. • Global Billing for care rendered with hotel stay in lieu of hospitalization is provided by MMC as a parallel service Entire build-out, equipment (including surgery center) and IT enhancements are furnished to you at no cost. Integration Enterprise-wide system will: • Increase your practice efficiency • Enhance financial control • Enable cost-saving and revenue-increasing interactions with payers • Provide unified portal for clinical research studies, saving research time and cost, while increasing study participants’ revenue.

  13. Equity Opportunity • Shares in SQC2 LLC are optional until end of construction, which will not begin until financing, permits and insurance contracts have been secured • Membership units corresponds to 1,000 sf leased1 unit = 0.25% of total project

  16. What is Required to Sign On? • 10-year lease contingent on 70% leasing, financing, permitting, and delivery of project • An automatically refunded $5/foot deposit for your office space • Shares in SC2 LLC can be secured by leveraging your liquid securities.

  17. How do I get my BOEI for free? You don’t. You get it (from LM Foundation)for rendering that dollar amount of free care over five year period, and… • Insurance write-offs qualify • You control patient and procedure/services selection • The program itself is viable, as it covers subsidized care at half the cost
