If you want to move out, you must tell the landlord 30 days before you leave. If you lease an apartment, you sign a contract. If you leave before the contract ends, you must pay a fine.

  3. You can buy a condominium and have an apartment of your own. But the public areas in the building are shared by all the people. If you live in a townhouse or duplex, you will share at least one wall with other homes and you do not have a big yard.
