The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated sequences clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) are shown next to the branches. Identifiers used are TAIR gene model for Arabidopsis; Phytozome accession numbers for apple, poplar, and rice; the GenBank accession numberis given for petunia (PhAN1).
