Analysis of CXCR4 Expression in B Cell Subpopulations: A Comparative Study
This study investigates the relative cell numbers and mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of CXCR4 in various B cell subpopulations, including CXCR4+CD19+CD27-, CXCR4+CD19+, CXCR4+CD19+CD27+, and CXCR4+CD19lowCD27high. We examine the percentages of these populations and their CXCR4 geometric MFI to understand their functional implications better. Results indicate distinct patterns of CXCR4 expression that could have important roles in B cell development and response. These findings contribute to our understanding of immune cell dynamics in health and disease.
