  2. SITUATION An IT company called Star Tech is in a look out for intelligent enthusiastic candidates who have good computer skills. They have also advertised in a paper expecting for a good number of enthusiastic candidates. Read the dialogue carefully considering yourself as the candidate and your trainer as the recruiter for better understanding .

KEY WORDS TO BE USED Discussion on candidates resume by using phrases such as: talk me through your resume pursued Masters duties & responsibilities Company's profile Reputation & loyal customers Yearly appraisal NOTE:ABOVE CERTAIN KEYWORDS ARE MENTIONED WITH WHICH THE DIALOGUES WOULD BE DEVELOPED.

  4. RECRUITER:Thank you for coming today Mr.Bennet. To start with could you talk me through your CV. CANDIDATE: After I finished my degree in computer applications I went to work for Tech labs as a trainee Software developer. Then after two years I was promoted to software developer. Then I pursued my Masters degree in computer applications so that my career would be advanced. So when I finished my masters I found a job as a software developer in Roland computers. My skills and experiences are well suited to this role. RECRUITER: Why are you the best person for this job? CANDIDATE:I have two years experience in a very similar role to this in the same industry.
