  6. WHY WE SHOULD MOVE OUR HEADQUARTERS FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA DEMOGRAPHICS FOCUSING ON EMPLOYMENTS RATES ESTABLISHMENTS AND GROWTHS WAGES WE WILL BE COMPARING HOW THOSE FACTORS DIFFER FROM FLORIDA TO CALIFORNIA

  8. EMPLOYMENT California is home to the largest economies. California has nearly 17.5 million jobs, making it the number one largest employer in the United States. During the past year, the number of jobs in California has increased by 5.1%, growing at a faster rate than the United States, on average.

  10. RISKS Domestic Migration might make it a bit difficult, because California has received more outbound than inbound migration, especially since the Corona Virus started. Because California has a high cost of living, many took advantage of remote work and moved to states with lower cost of living, however there is still a high quantity of people moving to the States for their jobs.

  12. Growth IN SEPTEMBER, CALIFORNIA MATCHED THE LOW RECORD OF UNEMPLOYMENT RATE OF 3.9% SET IN JULY 2022. THE STATE ALSO ADDED JOBS FOR THE TWELFTH CONSECUTIVE MONTH AND HAS RECOVERED 99.01% OF THE JOBS LOST. CALIFORNIA’S UNEMPLOYMENT RATE FELL .2% TO 3.9% IN SEPTEMBER, MATCHING THE STATE’S RECORD-LOW RATE AND DROPPING 2.5% FROM SEPTEMBER 2021. THE STATE’S JOB INCREASE FROM AUGUST 2022 WAS REVISED UPWARDS BY 16,100 JOBS TO A 36,00-JOB INCREASE, WHICH WAS FOLLOWED BY A 6,500 JOB INCREASE IN SEPTEMBER.

  15. Moving forward, industry revenue is anticipated to continue increasing, albeit at a slower rate than in the previous five-year period. Over the five years to 2027, revenue is expected to increase an annualized 0.5% to $50.5 billion. Growth in the number of marriages is another key demand determinant for this industry, as bridal stores tailor.

  16. Wedding in the United States per 1,000 people, has fallen Wedding slowly since the mid-1980s as unmarried cohabitation has risen. This is due in part to rising uncertainty in people's lives associated with labor flexibility as well as better employment options and salaries for women.

  17. Base on the results of my analysis the best option for JR’S Couture LLC,  headquarters is California. Taking in consideration the Demographic, moving there makes sense, not only for the high employment rates, but also because they are number one in Establishments throughout the United States.

To reiterate the purpose of my report, I was to examine and recommend the best location for the headquarters office. our company will be able to make more profit by simply moving to California, one reason being the people living there have high paying jobs. And for the best reasons of all, they are rated number one in the entire wedding store chains.
