Partial Draft Business RequirementsSeminar Management System • The SMS will provide the ability for an administrator to request an instructor for a range of dates and a specific seminar with the option to select a specific instructor. • Upon a request for a specific instructor for a range of dates and specific seminar, the SMS will schedule the requested instructor if available. • If no specific instructor is requested, or if the requested instructor is not available, the SMS will schedule an available instructor. • If no instructor is available for the range of dates and specified seminar, the SMS will report this to the administrator. • The SMS will provide the ability for an administrator to request a seminar venue after providing a range of dates, capacity requirement, and other seminar services needed. • Upon a request for a seminar venue, the SMS will book the Hyatt venue if available, and confirm the scheduling to the administrator and the instructor. • If the Hyatt is not available, the SMS will offer a list of available venues from which the administrator can choose. Once a choice is made, the system will book the venue and confirm the scheduling to the administrator and the instructor. • When the instructor submits the final roster, SMS will • Obtain attendees’ email addresses from Attendees Info data store • Send eval request to each attendee via email, providing a link in the email to the eval form • Send a notification to Accounts Payable to pay the instructor ETC.
