  2. Overview • In April 2014, a focus group was conducted at ETR Framingham. The goal was to learn more about how they look for work and to test their response to marketing campaign concepts and collateral. • 12 job seekers participated in the focus group, age ranging from 46 to 77. • There were 8 men and 4 women. • 4 were veterans.

  3. Question #1 and #2…General knowledge • Prior to being a member of Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers please describe your knowledge and awareness level of career related services in Massachusetts.

  5. Question #4….organizations • What organizations are you a member of (networking groups, committee, library’s) and how often you participate and visit each?
