  30. MCSD Commitment to the PS/RtI Project MCSD had Goals at the onset of the Project Academic Goals: • To reduce the # of Black and Hispanic students scoring a L1 or L2 on FCAT by 10% (thus reducing the achievement gap) • Reduce the number of third grade retentions by 10%
