Remove 3x3 cabinet from room3. Power needed in ceiling.4. Power needed at the rack near new data connection5. Sound panels need either replacing or recovering6. Cover power insert in wall where clock was installed7. Repair blinds – turn rods missing, bent vanesQuestions for Mark:1. When was the room last painted. Crystal ball prediction of when the building may be gutted: 2010-12 biennium. (FM) Saw off shelf brackets above board if removing brackets would cause wall damage. (FM) Add another pledge sign over outlet if not a code issue – or cover outlet in some way. (FM) Blind turners missing. (FM) Replace instructor tables in rooms. Use CIP/Maint money if appropriate.

(FM) Wynne would like all Clydesdale furniture in all three rooms – all the same. (FM) Ask chair installers to assemble chairs with some sort of screw adhesive (lock-tite?) The screws back out of these chairs easily. (FM) Blind turners missing. One wand too long for the room (probably came from 104).

  5. Maury 115 Light switch needs to be replaced/reconfigured. Unnecessarily hard to use. We need 5 more sound absorbing panels in the room. Repair some of the chairs. Label light switches appropriately.

  6. Second screen for overhead Minor 130 Equipment Second Podium, table Podium, table Can we get access under the floor for wiring? Raise Board 6” – currently too low. (either cover or repair wall above board) Re-hang screens (ITC?) Angle primary projection screen. FM to supply angled surfaces approximate distance from the wall 10”. Need shelf and power near center window as shown for projector. Is this an opportunity to change the carpet to tile? Can it be the same tile as we have in Minor 125? Will we need sound panels if we take up the carpet? This room needs pledge signs.
