  9. Tier 4 Visa and Attendance Monitoring • All Tier 4 Visa students are required to attend a registration event to ‘check-in’. • Friday 25th September, Building 58 Highfield Campus. Shuttle bus departs WSA every two hours. • To comply with terms of Tier 4 Visa, MA students must attend for the full duration of the programme (entire 12 months). Leave can only be taken during the advertised vacation periods at Christmas and Easter. • No other leave will be permitted until after your programme end date unless for exceptional circumstances. • Request form available from Student Office. Must be authorised by Pathway Leader.

  10. Tier 4 Visa and Attendance Monitoring • Registers will be taken by lecturers, and attendance monitored by the Student Office. • Tier 4 Visa students additionally monitored for compliance reasons. • Sickness should be reported to your tutor and pathway leader (if a different person) • In the case of minor illness of up to five days, you should fill out a self-certification form and submit to the Student Office. For longer periods, a Doctor’s note is required.
