  2. HOW TO GET AN “A” IN ART • FOLLOW CLASS RULES • DO ALL THE ASSIGNMENTS • HAND THEM IN ON TIME • MEET WORK PLACE EXPECTATIONS • PARTICIPATE ACTIVELY • CHALLENGE YOURSELF

  3. CLASS RULES • RESPECT • LISTEN • BE PATIENTDON’T WASTE • ABIDE BY SCHOOL RULES

  4. Late? • Sign in the Tardy Book As You Enter • Hold Onto Your Pass • Sit Down Quietly • Meet With Mrs. Cole Later • Emergency Lav Pass • Ask for Permission Without Disrupting • One Person Out at a time Once a Week • Fill Out Hall Pass Completely • Return Promptly

  5. Food And Drink?? • NO • except for first ten minutes of first period • and Then NOT at a table where a computer, or art materials are being used

  6. Cell Phones? • ONLY For Valid Research • during designated time • Last five minutes of class- • AFTER CLOSURE • AFTER CLEAN UP • NEVER DURING INSTRUCTION (Mrs. Cole is addressing the class) • NEVER DURING CLASS DISCUSSIONS OR GROUP WORK

  7. Headphones? • Personal Listening Devices • ONLY DURING INDEPENDENT STUDIO TIME IF YOU ARE WORKING • MRS. COLE WILL GIVE CLASS • THE OKAY AS A GROUP
