  3. When discussing the history or needs of a patient it must be done in compliance with patients right of protection and privacy Resolution to this unethical situation

  4. Apply professional ethical standards to workplace conduct: Don’t disregard a doctors RX if a patients asks for it to be adjusted… Ethical responsibilities: i.e. RX

  5. Adhere to established law, policies, and procedures; legally you must fill a RX for the way it was written even if the patient requests it be changed Legal Responsibilities: i.e. RX
