  8. Ethics vs. Values Ethics refers to standards of conduct that indicate how people ought to behave, based on values and principles about what is right. Ethics deals with the ability to distinguish right from wrong and the commitment to do what is right.

  9. Values are… The beliefs and attitudes which determine how a person actually behaves. So… Ethical Values are values that relate directly to beliefs about what is right and proper.
