Welcome • Around 350 students in the sixth form • Typically 40 – 50 external students • Split between two sites • Subjects taught over 4 hours per week • Students typically complete 4 AS/BTEC subjects in Y12 and 3A2 in Year 13 • Class sizes average 22 students in Y12 (18 in Y13) • Personalised pathway model

Mentoring / Settling in • Every student assigned a mentor • Every student in a mixed tutor group (Y12/Y13) • Regular meetings (1 per half term) – to check progress and generally find out how you are doing • Access to a student manager • Every tutor group has at least 2 students who have joined us from another school • Attached to a Trinity student with similar subjects

  7. Unsure? • Induction days 30th June – 1st July • Meet students who have joined Trinity in the sixth form • Two applications – secure choices • Visit during the school days • Shadow a student • Come in and talk to us!
