  2. Article One: Legislative Branch and Congress and House of Represtatives • 1. Qualifications: • A. age: 25 • B. Citizenship: Seven years • C. Residency: Must live in the state for which you are elected. • 2. Elections: Every two years • 3. Responsibilities: impose and collect taxes and duties, borrow money, regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the states, coin money, establish post offices, declare war, raise and support an army and navy.

  3. Senate • 1. Qualifications: • A. age: 30 • B. resident: must live in state for which you are elected
