  15. 2005 Initiatives The Board believes it is critical to continue the progress and momentum set by past Boards and Presidents. Specifically, we are going to take some of the initiatives that last year’s President put in motion, continue the momentum and strengthen them throughout 2005. We have also added a few more initiatives that we feel are strong opportunities for us to get started in FY05.

  23. Reporting Requirements - Budgets – no funds required Mission Statement – no changes Goals for 2006 – unchanged - to update bylaws to reflect current practices Proposed Amendment follows

  24. Bylaws Amendment Proposal Section 7.2 – the last sentence currently reads: “It shall be the intention of the membership to elect a representative of a truck manufacturer who is a member in good standing as Treasurer on alternate years.”

  25. Proposed Amendment Rationale The change in the rotation in which the Secretary is the incoming position vs. the Treasurer was amended in March of 2004. This section (7.2) should have been changed at that time.

  26. Proposed Amendment Amend Section 7.2 as follows: “It shall be the objective of the membership to elect a representative of a truck manufacturer who is a member in good standing as Secretary (Treasurer) on alternate years.”

  44. WIFY • ER is over a $3 Billion dollar industry • With about 50% of the respondents between FAMA and FEMSA, we employ over 105,000 people • We all pay taxes and our federal government is the largest purchaser of just about everything
