The 3rd Work Meeting of the CBM-MPD STS Consortium presents results from irradiations of silicon pad sensors at KRI Dmitry Karmanov Institute of Nuclear Physics, Moscow State University. The sensors underwent doses and annealing processes, showing good agreement with current degradation data for high doses.

Full Depletion Voltage 3rd Work Meeting of the CBM-MPD STS Consortium
Summary • Good agreement with known data on current degradation for high doses . • Not so good for low doses, but might be it because of mistakes in dose measurements. • Expected behavior for full depletion voltage • We are almost ready for real work!!! 3rd Work Meeting of the CBM-MPD STS Consortium
