  1. Supplemental Data Figure 1 WT S-1 S-3 Scr SBDS (after 12 hours exposure) ß-actin (after 1 minute exposure) SBDS protein expression in HeLa knockdown and control cells. HeLa cells were selected with geneticin after transfection with pSEC/Neo/shSBDS-1, pSEC/Neo/shSBDS-3, or pSEC/Neo/shSCR to establish the stably transfected cell lines. Expression of the Sbds protein in the four cell lines was analyzed by Western blotting using a chicken anti-Sbds antibody. Long exposure revealed a faint band in the HeLa/shSBDS-1 cells but not in HeLa/shSBDS-3 cells. Watanabe KI, Ambekar C, Wang H, Ciccolini A, Schimmer AD, Dror Y.
