This study utilized RT-PCR to analyze fold changes in gene expression related to bone remodeling and muscle development. Key genes included BMP4, Biglycan, BSP, Actinγ2, Desmin, AP-2, LPL, Adipsin. Expression levels were normalized to G3PDH for accurate comparison.
