Revisit two areas: What a healthy school system looks like Four instructional elements-- time, delivery, grouping , and materials that are varied to meet student needs 2. Focus for sharpening your coaching skills will be: Examining three potential new roles related to the school’s core and intervention efforts - support, bridge, and deliver Looking at a lens shift from teachers to students 3.
